Kaïs Mathé

Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Instructor & Ultimate Coach

I am a strength and conditioning coach, sports instructor, and ultimate coach, specializing in weight training and athletic development specifically for Ultimate Frisbee. Passionate about performance and helping athletes reach their full potential, I work with both amateur players and high-level competitors.

I am also an international Ultimate player (2023 World Champion) and the strength and conditioning coach for the French junior national Ultimate teams, preparing athletes for international competitions. At CUF, I now lead the following programs: Physical Performance, Individual Ultimate Coaching, Ultimate Training Camps, and Flying Disc Initiation sessions.

My goal: to help everyone improve, push their limits, and enjoy training effectively!

Charlotte N'goma

Dietitian Specializing in Sports Nutrition and Ultimate Frisbee

A dietitian passionate about supporting athletes, Charlotte N’Goma is dedicated to optimizing performance and recovery, particularly within the Ultimate Frisbee community. Her approach combines balanced nutrition, effort management, and tailored nutritional strategies adapted to each athlete’s specific needs. Committed to promoting healthy and high-performance eating habits, she works with both clubs and individual athletes, and actively contributes to major events such as the French Beach Ultimate Championships.

Present at the 2025 French Beach Ultimate Championships in Royan (Junior, Masters, Open, and Women’s divisions), she was able to share her expertise with participants and the clubs involved in this unifying competition.

Juliette Bertand

Sports Instructor & Ultimate Coach

Passionate about teaching, commitment, and athletic development, I support both beginners and young athletes preparing for high-level competition.

Alongside this work, I am an international Ultimate player (2023 World Champion and 2025 European Champion). I also coach the French U17 Women’s Junior National Team, where I guide players both individually and collectively as they progress and prepare for international competitions.

My goal: to create a motivating, high-performance, and supportive learning environment that allows every athlete to grow, push their limits, and enjoy their sport.

Raphaël Mathé

An experienced coach within the French national teams and organizer of national and international competitions, Raphaël Mathé combines tactical expertise, mental preparation, and event management to guide athletes and clubs toward excellence.

As an initiator in leisure centers, schools, clubs, and corporate groups, and driven by a passion for collective performance, he applies his skills to support ambitious and inclusive sports projects.

Tony Doire

Sports Instructor Specializing in Ultimate Frisbee

Holder of the BPJEPS APT and the DFEU 2 certifications, I have played at the highest level as a former member of the French Open Beach National Team, including participation in the 2023 World Championships in Los Angeles, as well as several European championships (EUCF, EBUCC).

Passionate about teaching and player development, what I enjoy most about coaching is the exchange and sharing of knowledge!
